The Harmony Warriors could not make home advantage count after
they allowed their visitors from Aba record a famous victory to
brighten their league title chances
Enyimba FC of Aba have got a morale boosting away win in
Ilorin after they pipped Kwara United FC 3-2 at the Kwara State
Stadium on Wednesday in a NPFL Week 15 game to bag their third
road victory of the season.

The Harmony Warriors lost 2-0 in Oghara to Bayelsa United
despite playing a good game and it was similar experience in their
home tie with Enyimba after they put up another impressive display
but were left to rue their missed chances against the six-time league
champions.

Ifeanyi George and Christian Obiozor put Enyimba ahead with the
first two goals of the match in the 25th and 35thminutes of the
match. Both were also on the scoresheet on Sunday when the Aba
giants beat Nasarawa United 2-0.

Kwara United started a mini comeback three minutes after
Enyimba’s second goal after Femi Oladapo reduced the deficit to
make it 2-1 at halftime but the People’s Elephant regained their two
goal cushion in the 77thminute after Markson Ojobo converted from
spot kick to the angst of the home fans. The Harmony Warriors
got their second goal of the match in the 90thminute through Dare
Ojo but it was too little too late.

Enyimba have won three games on the road against FC Taraba,
Dolphins and now Kwara United and they have also got four away
draws.

Enyimba have moved to second on the log with 29 points from 15
games while Kwara United remain on 15 points from 14 matches
hereby heaping more pressure on the technical crew who has not won
a point out of two games since the start of the three match
ultimatum.
