Donald Trump has gone on Twitter to deny having a meeting with the United States Secret Service after CNN reported that a Secret service agent confirmed to them that they had met Donald Trump's campaign team and questioned them after his 2nd amendment comment on Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

Another tweet from Trump debunking the CNN report

Donald Trump on Tuesday afternoon at a rally appeared to suggest that Second Amendment defenders might be able to stop Clinton from appointing justices to the Supreme Court who could weaken gun rights, He said :

"Hillary wants to abolish -- essentially abolish the Second Amendment. By the way, if she gets to pick, if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don't know," Trump said. "But I tell you what, that will be a horrible day, if Hillary gets to put her judges in, right now we're tied."

CNN reported that they had spoken to a secret service agent who had confirmed meeting with Donald Trump's campaign team.

"There has been more than one conversation" on the topic, the official told CNN, according to the CNN report.

The secret service Tweeted on Tuesday that "the U.S. Secret Service is aware of Mr. Trump's comments." but didn't reveal if they had a meeting with him.
