Tobechukwu Nliam, the four years old little boy has been missing since March 25th, 2016
According to the parent, Tobechukwu was playing in front of their house No. 15 Iheanacho Street Tolu, Olodi Apapa Lagos, when they notice his disappearance and since then they have been searching for him.
