Ever since social media sites like Instagram and Twitter came about, celebrities have been sharing more selfies with their fans. This is great for them because they can control how they look in the photos, unlike ones taken by the paparazzi. So it really does not make sense whenever they share a bad one. What were they thinking?
1. Kim Kardashian’s blood facelift
Kim Kardashian loves trying out new beauty regimens, but she went way too far with this one. This odd procedure, called the Vampire Facelift, costs $1500 on the promise of younger and tighter skin. Blood was drawn from her arm and then a centrifuge separated the platelets into a platelet-rich plasma. Then Restylane or Juvederm was added to the plasma and injected into her face. Hope it was worth it!2. Snoop’s flared nostrils

Gym selfies are one of the most popular photos for celebrities to share – they get to show off how fit they are and how good they look. Amanda Bynes tried, but failed. Her wink looks awkward and forced.
5. President Obama’s horrible timing
There is nothing wrong with this photo per se….besides the fact that this was being taken at Nelson Mandela’s funeral. This is neither the time nor place for the president and two prime ministers to be taking a selfie.
6. Justin Bieber’s weird face
Not really sure what expression Justin Bieber was going for here, but it is not a good look. It is somewhere between surprised and insane. The giant hat makes him look especially ridiculous
7. Amber Rose is sleeping
She says she is asleep, yet she takes this unflattering selfie with her face being squished by a pillow. Come on Amber, we know you’re awake.
8. Oprah and David Letterman’s blurry mess
They are both two iconic TV hosts, so naturally they would want a picture together. But maybe they should stick to videos because this photo is a disaster. It is blurry, Oprah is getting cut off at the bottom, and David’s eyes are barely open.
9. Nicolas Cage has seen better days
Nicolas Cage used to be an iconic and respected movie star. These days, he is kind of a joke. This fan managed to get a selfie with him looking tired and washed up. In his defense, plane rides can be exhausting.
10. Lindsay Lohan forcing her dog to stay still
We all love our pets and they love us back. But sometimes, we demand more love than they are willing to give. Lindsay Lohan’s dog looks like she wants to jump ship.
11. Wiz Khalifa’s jail selfie
How did Wiz Khalifa manage to bring his phone inside a jail cell? Perhaps that’s one of the perks of being a celebrity. Fame did not help him get out of jail though. Why would he want to capture this moment?
12. Kim Kardashian strikes again
She takes so many selfies, it is impossible to just include one. After falling asleep with huge sunglasses on, she is sporting a ridiculous tan line. She looks like she has bug eyes.
