It was an evening of glitz, glamour and paparrazzi as the Creme De La Creme from Government functionaries, members of the diplomatic corp, business executives and entertainment as well as fashion personalities gathered to witness the crowning of the 5th Miss Tourism Nigeria World Queen. Also the O’Lucee Brand, Akaedu Lucee, Olaemma Opara of Face of Ajegunle Beauty Pageant and also with them are Mr. & Mrs. Okitiakpe, CEO Modelslink International, Organizers of Best Model Nigeria were also present at the event.
At the end, it was Ogenna Ekwubiri representing Abia who emerged as the new Miss Tourism Nigeria World 2016. As Part of her prizes, she received an official car, BOOM J8 (Courtesy of Tecno Mobile), latest edition of Cway Dispenser, a year supply of woodin (Courtesy of Korede Bello), a custom-bottled champagne (Courtesy of Drumbiu). She'll also represent Nigeria this October in Malaysia amongst over 70 countries at the Miss Tourism World pageant.
Runners up include Miss Enugu (Immaculata Offurum) who was crowned Miss Tourism Nigeria Globe (she'll represent Nigeria at the next Miss Globe pageant in China) Awka Ibom's Miss Ivie Young Akpude who won the title of Miss Tourism Nigeria International (She'll represent Nigeria at Miss International in Japan) while Miss Anambra was Crowned Miss Tourism Nigeria Africa.
